Keywords: keyword 1, keyword 2, keyword 3… (no more than 5 keywords)

1 INTRODUCTION

The paper starts off with an introduction. This introduction should contain about 450 words. The guideline is designed to achieve uniformity in the papers for this class. It explains how to prepare an electronic printer-ready version. Your paper will be presented ‘as is’. Please use the specific styles defined in this document to format your paper. The official language of the paper submission is English. If English is not your favored language, make sure that the English is checked by competent editor. There are many students in class. As your paper is going to be considered for publication, it must address the interests of readers with diverse specialties and backgrounds. Your manuscript must provide the details of the work to reader. It should be divided into sections, each with a heading, so that a reader can follow the logical development of the work. In your introduction (this should contain at least 3 paragraphs and each paragraph should ideally have about 150 words). The introduction should provide a clear statement of the problem posed by the topic, and why the topic is of interest. If needed, the introduction also needs to present background information so that the reader can understand the significance of the problem.

2 BRIEF LITERATURE REVIEW

Identify at least 3 academic papers related to your topic. Read thoroughly and present you work in an organized and coherent fashion. The length of your paper should not exceed 2,000 words. Prepare your paper in A4-size (use this template). Please do not change the paper size and the pre-defined styles. The easiest way to format your paper is to use this template. Please use the Times New Roman font only (font size 12). Your manuscript must fit within the required margins. A “review of the literature” is a classification and evaluation of what accredited scholars and researchers have written on a topic. In writing the literature review, your purpose is to convey to your reader what knowledge and ideas have been established on a topic, and what their strengths and weaknesses are. As a piece of writing, the literature review must be defined by a guiding concept. A literature review consists of an overview, a summary, and an evaluation (“critique”) of the current state Besides enlarging your knowledge about the topic, writing a literature review lets you gain and demonstrate skills in two areas: information seeking: the ability to scan the literature efficiently, using manual and computerized methods, to identify a set of useful articles, books and documents; critical appraisal: the ability to apply principles of analysis to identify unbiased and valid studies. Each subsection should have at least 25 words. Write in a very diligent manner. Present several subsections to bring out what you wish to convey.

2.1 WHAT MUST A LITERATURE REVIEW DO?

A literature review must do these things: be organized around and related directly to the thesis or research question you are developing; synthesize results into a summary of what is and is not known; identify areas of controversy in the literature; formulate questions that need further research.

2.2 FIGURES AND TABLES

If you are going to provide Figures and Tables, captions should be provided below the figures (use font size 12 in figures descriptions) as shown in Figure 1, and table captions above the table (use font size 12 in tables).

Al Khanderi (2015:188) states that profit is more important than people and planet. She adopts this view in the light of sustainability arguing that all profit of companies are passed over to mainatin the well being of the ecology. Remember the difference between a Table and a Figure. A Table is a table (☺) usually having numbers. Figures are drawings.

3 CONCLUSION

Write concisely. Proof read your submission. Remember the conclusion is an important component of your paper. Conclusions are often the most difficult part of an essay to write, and you may feel that you have nothing left to say after having written the paper. The conclusion is often what a reader remembers best. Your conclusion should be the best part of your paper.
